Kuda Lari Offerings
If you are looking to achieve mental and physical relaxation, and enhance your riding performance, regardless of discipline or level, we have a number of programs to help you achieve this!
We host half day immersive clinics to offer an introduction to the full spectrum of equestrian yoga. We are currently offering courses across South Africa. We also offer 90 minute refresher practices that are ideal for those looking to consolidate their skills as well as those seeking a short introduction into equestrian yoga. Finally, to suit your needs and time, SJ can provide you with a personalised practice sheet. This will include a one hour private lesson to help you master the exercises.
Let's make it a date!
Do our locations and times not suit your calendar?
Get in touch with us to discuss organising an event nearer to you. While we do offer set events on certain dates, we are excited to share equestrian yoga with as many riders as possible! As such, please contact us to discuss arranging an event at your club, your next show, or with your friends.

Personalised Practice
Stay at the top of your game | R500
Our equestrian yoga events lay the foundation for an improved relationship between you and your horse, equipping you with the tools needed to take your riding to the next level.
SJ constructs personalised practice sheets for her equestrian yoga clients, allowing you to build upon techniques established at equestrian yoga events.
These personalised exercises are done in consultation with you, to suit your time and needs. She will construct a practice “flow” for you, that is designed to focus on specific areas.
SJ includes an hour long private lesson, zoom or in person, location dependant, to take you through the exercises, ensuring you know exactly what to do, so you can keep on top of your game form the comfort of your own home in your own time.
These personalised practise sheets are available for students of the equestrian yoga classes and individuals seeking to improve their riding who have not attended the events.
